• ♦ • ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5317 ti, <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLACK EARTH <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5317: <br /> Part of the E 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 21, Town of Black Earth described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 21; thence S 00° <br /> 19' 20" East, 737.44 feet to a point in the centerline of CTH KP and the point <br /> of beginning; thence S 14° 19' 54" West, 150.04 feet along said centerline; <br /> thence S 80° 00' 00" West, 255.04 feet; thence S 19° 30' 00" West, 226.32 feet; <br /> thence S 49° 30' 00" West, 349.32 feet; thence N 41° 00' 00" West, 398.35 feet; <br /> thence N 69° 43' 00" East, 949.71 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded..
