APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Motion by Skindrud/Berceau to approve the minutes of 4/28/92; carried <br /> 6-0. <br /> III. DEPARTMENT QUARTERLY REPORTS <br /> Register of Deeds - Jane Licht <br /> Land Regulation & Records - Gary Gunderman <br /> IV. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM May 12, 1992 HEARING <br /> 1. PETITION #5317 by Rob Wehler to change the zoning from A-1 Exclusive <br /> Agriculture to RH-2 Rural Homes on property located at 10323 CTH KP in part of <br /> the E 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 21, Town of Black Earth. <br /> MOTION by Kesterson/Berceau to approve; carried 7-0. <br /> 2. PETITION #5318 by Roy H. Lassen to change the zoning from A-1 Exclusive <br /> Agriculture to RH-3 Rural Homes on property located at 7996 CTH K in part of <br /> the SE 1/4 NE 1/4, SW 1/4 NE 1/4 and NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 24, Town of Berry. <br /> MOTION by Berceau/Skindrud to approve; carried 7-0. <br /> 3.
