-i. .5.. �.,,";s,!'r�.. 417v'q;`:'.1',`;W' '�i iJIY` jf�'�' s .��i <br /> • <br /> - = Page 2 <br /> VOL _505 Pact 152 <br /> No building whatever except a private dwelling house with <br /> the necessary outbuildings, including a private garage and barns, shall <br /> be erected, placed, or permitted on the conveyed premises or any part <br /> thereof, and such dwelling house permitted on the conveyed premises <br /> shall be used as a private residence only. <br /> The ground floor area of the main structure, exclusive of <br /> one-story open porches and garages, shall be not less than 1200 square <br /> feet in the case of a one-story structure, nor less than 1500 square feet <br /> in the case of a one and one-half, two or two and one-half story <br /> structure. <br /> No mobile home or parts thereof will be permitted on <br /> any of the lots. <br /> No domestic animal shall be kept on any parcel of said <br /> land other than household pets, not more. than three adult dogs housed <br /> outside of a family dwelling, and horses. <br /> Pursuant to a general plan for the protection and benefit <br /> of all of the property in said section and of all persons who may now <br /> or hereafter become owners of any part of the lots, and as a part of <br /> the consideration for this conveyance, each lot herein described is <br /> subject to the following conditions and restrictions: <br /> No trailer, garage, basement, tent or other structure of <br /> any nature, other than a single family residence expressly permitted. <br /> hereby, shall at anytime be used on any parcel of the above described <br /> land as a residence temporarily or permanently. <br /> No house, appurtenance, or outbuilding shall be less than <br /> 50 feet from the northern exterior side of any lot nor less than 50 <br /> feet from the exterior southern line of any lot, and in the case of <br /> lots having easterly and westerly side lines, no improvement shall be <br /> erected within less than 50 feet of such exterior easterly line or <br /> less than 50 feet of such exterior westerly side line of such lots. <br />
