The ground floor area of the main structure, exclusive of one-story open porches and garages, shall be not less than 1200 square feet in the case of a one-story structure, nor less than 1500 square feet in the case of a one and one-half, two or two and one-half story structure. No mobile home or parts thereof will be permitted on any of the lots. No domestic animal shall be kept on any parcel of said land other than household pets, not more. than three adult dogs housed outside of a family dwelling, and horses.
