4 ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5324 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5324: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 34, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 34; thence N 00° 38' East, <br /> 573 feet; thence S 74° 18' 10" East, 510.59 feet; thence on a curve tothe left <br /> whose radius is 1021 feet and whose long chord bears S 07° 18' 35" West, 255 <br /> feet; thence S 00° 08' 10" West, 183 feet; thence N 89° 51' 50" West, 465 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/is is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: 1 4 1992 <br />
