The proposed use is <br /> compatible for this area and the restrictions will prevent other <br /> undesirable uses. <br /> STAFF COMMENTS: <br /> Regional Planning Commission (R.P.C.) - <br /> Petition 5325, CUP 984. The RH-3 parcels were rezoned and divided several <br /> years ago. There Is a house on the subject parcel in the wooded area on the <br /> east end. The front portion of the parcel Is an open field. <br /> This may well be a suitable location for truck and herb farming.
