ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5327 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> YORK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of York be amended to include in the RH-3 Rura <br /> 1 Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5327: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 4, Town of York described as follows: <br /> Northeast corner of the N 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 4, Township of York; thence <br /> West along the North line of said N 1/2 SE 1/4 a distance of 935 feet; thence <br /> South at right angles a distance of 910 feet; thence East at right angles a <br /> distance of 362 feet; thence North at right angles a distance of 276.5 feet to <br /> the centerline of a town road; thence East at right angles along the centerline <br /> of said town road a distance of 573 feet to the centerline of STH 73; thence <br /> North along said centerline of STH 73 to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: 116"** <br /> t1UN 2 3 1992 <br />
