ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5328 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5328: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 36, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 36; thence <br /> North 660 feet; thence West 1130 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue West 528 feet to the center line of Ridge Road; thence N 22° East <br /> along the centerline of said Ridge Road, 345 feet; thence East 400 feet; thence <br /> South 330 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: SEP 0 9 1992 <br />
