Conditional Uses are granted or denied by the <br /> Committee . The existing <br /> capacity to board 250 animals at the kennel at the present time <br /> already disturbs outdoor activities and restful sleep at night with <br /> the dogs harking. We fear what the possible additional expansion <br /> wil ] bring in the way of noise .
