Conditional Uses are granted or denied by the <br /> Committee. The existing <br /> capacity to board 250 animals at the kennel at the present time <br /> already disturbs outdoor activities and restful sleep at night with <br /> the dogs barking . We fear what the possible additional expansion <br /> will bring in the way of noise.
