N. a <br /> Thil district is in effect in all towns except: Dunn, Madison, Pleatant Springs,y'Rutland, w- - -*�?'r <br /> Montrose, Deerfield, Mazomanie, Springfield. <br /> 10.12 A-i AGRICULTURE DISTRICT <br /> (1) PERMITTED USES <br /> 1 (a) Single family detached dwelling units. <br /> 10 <br />'s (b) All types of agriculture including general farming, dairying, livestock and <br /> poultry raising, dog kennels, apiaries, colony houses, fur farms, horticulture, <br /> including nurserierninrrtuses and roadside stands which offer for sale only <br /> those products which are grown or produced on the premises. <br /> `* <br /> (c) Landing fields or landing strips along with the accessory structures which are for <br /> the convenience of the owner of the land on which the facilities are located. <br /> (d) Utility lines both above and below ` <br /> y ground along with such structures as are <br /> necessary for the operation of such lines but not including buildings used for <br /> offices, exchanges, storage or garages. <br /> (e) Municipal buildings, community buildings,but not including buildings for the <br /> 0 <br /> storage or repair of trucks, road building, machinery or equipment. Public <br /> libraries, museums, schools, universities and colleges but not including music, <br /> dancing, trade or vocational schools which are privately operated. Publicly <br /> I, owned golf courses, tennis courts, archery ranges, swimming pools and parks. <br /> 1 <br /> (f) Home occupations. <br /> 1. Home occupations in the A-1 Agriculture district shall be limited to the <br /> following uses: -- <br /> a. Professional offices. <br /> b. Barber and beauty shops. <br /> 0 <br /> c. Watch, clock, furniture, toy, doll, small electric appliances, radio and <br /> television repair shops, and upholstery shops. <br /> d. Sales of antiques, used clothing and used furniture. <br /> e. Art studios, craft studios, the sale of art and craft items that are the <br /> result of efforts by someone who is resident on the premises. <br /> 0; <br /> f. Home bakeries. <br /> 2. Home occupations in the A-1 Agriculture District shall be subject to the <br /> 10 <br /> following restrictions: <br /> a. The activity shall be limited to existing residential or accessory buildings . <br /> on the premises and the floor area devoted to the activity shall not exceed <br /> 25% of the living area on the premises. r <br /> b. Not more than one person who is not resident on the premises can be employed <br /> • <br /> in the activity. • <br /> c. That before any of the aforementioned activities can commence, a certificate ` <br /> of compliance shall be obtained from the Zoning Administrator. <br /> d.
