Enclosed please find excerpts <br /> from the meetings. Connie did not have to have a zoning change, as <br /> A - hallows kennels. The Town Board granted a kennel license <br /> in the year 1971. So this may explain why you did not ever receive <br /> a notice of this. <br /> I also enclosed copies of the building permits that she took out <br /> in October and November of 1977:_ Again the permits were issued by <br /> the Dane County Zoning Dept. prior to our issuance. The Town has <br /> very little recoursefto withhold a permit once it meets the zoning <br /> requirements. <br /> I also called Bill Fleck at Dane County Zoning Dept. to see what <br /> could be done about the barking problem and he told me that the <br /> Township could not do anything. You must file a civil complaint <br /> using your Attorney, as this dog kennel is on a permitted use. <br /> Sorry, I couldn' t be of any help.
