All of the management plan should be part of the <br /> CUP, not just the cover crop. <br /> 4 . same as no. 1 <br /> 5 . Neither the county, the town or the applicant can <br /> force DNR to conduct inspections; any one can ask <br /> for them but what happens if DNR fails or refuses to <br /> inspect when Town wants? <br />
