The <br /> imposed restriction will prohibit any further division without Town and <br /> County approval. <br /> STAFF COMMENTS: <br /> Regional Planning Commission (R.P.C.)- <br /> Petition 5332. These RH-2 parcels are In a farmland preservation area of the <br /> Town of Westport , immediately south of the Waunakee urban service area. When <br /> these lots were created, they exceeded the allowable density. <br /> Now the request is to re-divide this RH-2 parcel , creating two additional <br /> lots, which would be totally contrary to the density policy for this area. If <br /> higher density is desired, this area should be amended Into the urban service <br /> area, not divided into even smaller unsewered lots. <br /> Environmental Health Dept.
