ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5333 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DANE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dane be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5333: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 30, Town of Dane described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 30; thence West 49.5 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. Thence continue West 1200 feet; thence North 225 feet; <br /> thence East 475 feet; thence South 159 feet; thence East 725 feet; thence South <br /> 66 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> 441 <br />
