y ' <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5334 <br /> t <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the <br /> R-1 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5334: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 5, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot #8 of the Plat of Elmargo <br /> Estates; thence S 00° 24' West, 70 feet more or less to the North line of said <br /> NW 1/4 SE 1/4 and the point of beginning; thence S 00° 16' West along the West <br /> line of the Plat of Ravenwood Estates, 30 feet more or less; thence N 84° <br /> 50'West, 245 feet more or less to the Southeasterly end of Meadowlark Street <br /> and the North line of the aforesaid NW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence N 88° 11' East along <br /> said North line, 240 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: tJUL 1 5 1992 <br />
