The PUBLIC HEARING was called to order by Chairman <br /> Skaar at 7 : 30 p.m . <br /> Members Present : Eugene Skaar , Mike Kindschi , Kris <br /> Hampton, Linda E] sberry, and <br /> Silvin Kurt <br /> Motion by Kindschi , seconded by Kurt to adopt the <br /> Peddler ' s Ordinance (92-3) as 7 . 03-7 . 14 of the Code <br /> of General Ordinances . Motion carried. <br /> RECONVENE Annual Meeting to adopt Financial <br /> Statement <br /> Laur.na 'Landphier reviewed the financial statement <br /> and described in detail the changes made as well as <br /> the breakdown for miscellaneous expenses . <br /> Motion by Stan Selje , seconded by Jim Letlebo to <br /> approve the financial report as presented. Motion <br /> carried . <br /> Motion by Stan Selje , seconded by Kris Hampton to <br /> adjourn the 1992 reconvened annual meeting. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> II . Other Business <br /> Attorney Cassidy presented the board with an <br /> invoice for the Title Insurance on the Village <br /> Hall . <br /> Attorney Cassidy discussed reasonable <br /> accommodations for the handicapped. <br /> Chairman Skaar announced that Open Book is <br /> scheduled for June 15, 1992 , and Board of Review <br /> will be held on June 22 , 1992 . This will be posted <br /> throughout- the community. <br /> Chairman Skaar announced that a class from the <br /> elementary school will be visiting the town hall <br /> for a field trip. <br /> TII .
