ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5306 <br /> • <br /> Amqtding Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts ,i4 the Town of <br /> WINDSOR <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the R-2 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5306: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 6, Town of Windsor described as follows: - <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot #2, Certified Survey No. #1141; <br /> thence S 87° 57' 44" West along Selje Road, 296.08 feet; thence N 38° 02' 00" <br /> West, 114.99 feet; thence N 51° 58' 00" East, 203.25 feet; thence S 43° 48' 43" <br /> East, 298.77 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: IOUL 1 0 1992 <br />
