ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5309 <br /> • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CROSS PLAINS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the <br /> R-1A Residential and RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5309: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 23, Town of Cross Plains described as <br /> follows: TO R1-A: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of <br /> said Section 23; thence S 89° 49' 40" West, 50 feet to point of beginning; <br /> thence continue S 89° 49' 40" West, 252 feet to centerline of Birch Trail; <br /> thence S 33° 04' West, 240 feet along said centerline; thence N 89° 49' 40" <br /> East, 252 feet; thence N 33° 04' East, 240 feet to the point of beginning. TO <br /> RH-2: Beginning at the Northeast corner of asid SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section <br /> 23; thence S 89° 49' 40" West, 50.0 feet; thence S 33° 04' West, 240 feet; <br /> thence S 89° 49' 40" West, 252 feet to centerline of Birch Trail; thence S 33° <br /> 04' West 195 feet along said centerline; thence S 83° 02' 55" East 383 feet; <br /> thence S 23° 15' West, 316.0 feet; thence S 66° 10' 20" East 323 feet to the <br /> East line of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4; thence North along said East line 833 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
