ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5312 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERMONT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the R-1A <br /> Residential & RH-1 Rural Homes Districts the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5312: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 4, Town of Vermont described as follows: TO <br /> R-lA: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 4; thence S 85° <br /> 43' 43" West, 1,240.73 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 18° 16' 34' <br /> East, 156.72 feet; thence S 07 25' 43" West, 33.00 feet; thence S 85° 43' 43" <br /> West, 246.23 feet; thence4 N 04° 16' 17" West, 184.38 feet; thence N 85° 43' <br /> 43" East, 215.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 4; thence S <br /> 85° 43' 43" West, along the North line of said Section 4, 1391.12 feet; thence <br /> S 04° 16' 17" East, 246.38 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S <br /> 04° 16' 17" East, 295.16 feet; thence S 85° 43' 43" West, 295.16 feet; thence N <br /> 04° 16' 17" West, 295.16 feet; thence N 85° 43' 43" East, 295.16 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: L�1�' <br /> 1 <br />
