COMPOSITE REPORT - Page 2 Dane County Application No.S3/3 <br /> ANALYSIS: <br /> 5313 This rezone is consistent with approved land use plans. The property <br /> consists of 20% Class I soils, 50% Class IV and 30% Class V-VIII, it has <br /> been used only for pasture. The proposed two RH parcels are compatible <br /> with the surrounding area. <br /> STAFF COMMENTS: <br /> Regional Planning Commission (R.P.C.) — <br /> Petition 5313. Pending further comments at the public hearing, this <br /> petition appears reasonably consistent with adopted plan policies. <br /> Environmental Health Dept. (E.H.D.) — <br /> Co. Highway Dept. — <br /> Petition 5313 . There is no access to CTH "PB" at this time. <br /> All restrictions of Chapter 79 <br /> apply. Wesner Road should be considered for access. <br /> 28 <br />
