ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5315 <br /> • Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5315: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 7, Town of Rutland described as follows: Part - <br /> of the N 1/2 SE 1/4 commencing at the Southeast corner of said 1/2 of the 1/4; <br /> thence North 1174.9 feet; thence S 86° West 698.25 feet; thence S 54° West <br /> 480.05 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 25° 499.25 feet; thence S 54° <br /> West 415.5 feet to centerline USH 14; thence Northwesterly along said <br /> centerline on curve to the right with long chord N 32° West 491.9 feet; thence <br /> N 54° East 476.2 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DA ' : JUN .' <br />
