ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5316 <br /> I, 1 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CROSS PLAINS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the <br /> A-2(4) and A-2(8) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5316: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 2 and NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 11, Town of Cross <br /> Plains described as follows: TO A-2(4) : Commencing at the Northwest corner of <br /> the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of said Section 2; thence Southerly along the West line of <br /> said SW 1/4 SW 1/4, 450 feet more or less to the Northeasterly right—of—way of <br /> St. Paul Railroad; thence Southeasterly along said right—of—way line, 1050 feet <br /> more or less to the point of beginning; thence continue Southeasterly along <br /> said right—of—way 650 feet more or less to the Southwesterly right—of—way of <br /> USH 14; thence Northwesterly along said right—of—way line, 1230 feet more or <br /> less; thence Southwesterly 220 feet more or less; thence Southeasterly, 600 <br /> feet more or less; thence Southwesterly, 60 feet more or less to the point of <br /> beginning. TO A-2(8) : Beginning at the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4; <br /> thence Easterly along the North line of the said SW 1/4 SW 1/4, 500 feet more <br /> or less to the Southwesterly right—of—way of USH 14; thence Southeasterly along <br /> said right—of—way line, 520 feet more or less; thence Southwesterly, 220 feet <br /> more or less; thence Southeasterly 600 feet more or less; thence Southwesterly, <br /> 60 feet more or less to the Northeasterly right—of—way of St. Paul-Railroad; <br /> thence Northwesterly along said right—of—way line, 1050 feet more or less to <br /> the West line of the said SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence Northerly alogn said West line, <br /> 450 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds . <br /> EFFECTIVE DAT .
