Filing fee : $100 .00 <br /> The property which we are requesting to be rezoned was <br /> purchased approximately 13 years ago. A tobacco shed <br /> existed on the plot at that time . The owner of the property <br /> sold the entire 3.55 acres to us including the land on which <br /> the tobacco shed sits. The owner retained title to the shed <br /> and was granted easement to the shed as part of the deed. <br /> This tobacco shed is approximately 2275 square feet . The <br /> property is currently zoned A-1 . <br /> We would like to build a detached building on this <br /> property for storage purposes. Because the square footage <br /> of the tobacco shed exceeds the square footage of the <br /> residence , zoning restrictions prohibit the construction of <br /> any additional accessory buildings. <br /> We are hereby requesting that the property be rezoned <br /> RH-1 thus allowing us to construct this storage building. <br />
