ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5340 <br /> • <br /> r <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SPRINGFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the <br /> R-1 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5340: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 22, Town of Springfield described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 22; thence N <br /> 89° 15' East, 1806.5 feet; thence N 22° 25' West, 1441.7 feet; thence N 89° 20' <br /> East, 162.2 feet; thence to the point of beginning; thence N 04° 12' West, 76.6 <br /> feet; thence N 70° 35' East, 104.00 feet; thence N 89° 20' East, 100 feet more <br /> or less; thence S 07° 41' 29' East 110.72 feet more or less; thence S 89° 20' <br /> West, 207.3 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
