The rezone area is 80% wooded and <br /> 20% cropland. <br /> STAFF COMMENTS; <br /> Regional Planning Commission (R.P.C.) — <br /> Petition 5342. Pending further comments at the public hearing, this petition <br /> appears reasonably consistent with adopted plan policies. <br /> Environmental.Health Dept. (E.H.D.) — <br /> Co. Highway Dept. — <br /> Petition 5342. Our department has plans for a future <br /> relocation in this area. The relocation calls for an <br /> additional 27 feet of right-of-way from this parcel. <br /> Additional setback requirement should be considered. <br /> - <br />
