ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5344 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VIENNA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vienna be amended to include in the R1-A <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 35, Town of Vienna described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 35; thence North 225 feet <br /> to the point of beginning; Thence continue North 225 feet; Thence West 300 <br /> feet; Thence South 225 feet; Thence East 300 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description is intended to describe land for which a certified <br /> survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will <br /> become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County, a <br /> certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br /> Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: SEp 0 1 1992 <br />
