OFFICE TELEPHONE
606-646.3600
TOWN OF VIENNA
Office of Clerk
5270 NORWAY GROVE ROAD•DEFOREST,WIS.53532
MAY 7 1992
REt
May 4, 1992 ZONINu
Dane County Zoning Department
Attn: Mr. William Fleck
City- County Building
210 Martin Luther King Jr. , Blvd.
Madison, Wisconsin 53709
Dear Mr. Fleck,
The Town of Vienna Board is in receipt of zoning change
application number 5344 for Mr. James Kaltenberg for aportion
of his property in section 35 in the Town of Vienna. The change
would allow the construction of a home for his son.
The request was reviewed and approved by both the Vienna Plan
Committee and the Vienna Board. The request was found to meet
the requirements of the Vienna Town plan- that being that an
owner prior to December 1974, could sell or give a parcel to
a son or daughter for the purpose of home construction.
Mr. David Kaltenburg, a son of Mr. James Kaltenberg, is the
party seeking to build such on the property. Mr. has indicated
recently that the land area should be reduced from the original
application. We understand that the original application and
RH-3 zoning may need to be adjusted. Town of Vienna approval
has been granted and will not change with a reduction in the
• size of the parcel. A zoning requirement of Rh-1 or Rh-2 due
to such a reduction in land area, would continue to meet our
approval and conform to our Town Plan. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Robert Pulvermacher
Vienna Town Clerk
