• A <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5345 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 3, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 3; thence West <br /> along the East-West quarter section line, 660.0 feet more or less to the <br /> Northwest corner of the E 1/2 NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence South along the West <br /> line sid E 1/2, 330.0 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing South along said line, 990.0 feet more or less to the Southwest <br /> corner of said E -1/2 NE 1/4 SE 1/44 thence East along the South line of said NE <br /> 1/4 SE 1/4, 220.0 feet more or less; thence North, 990.0 feet more or less; <br /> thence West, 220.0 feet more or less to the piont of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> 1. No buildings may be constructed in the current cropland area. <br /> 2. The existing driveway access for the property shall be utilized. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: ocT 2 2 1992 <br />
