Kristine has put information on <br /> the application in the pending file. My brother and I will <br /> be buying Lot 1 CSM 6104 and a 2 acre section East of the <br /> lot. This will increase the size of the lot from 1. 33 to 3 . 33 <br /> acres. The zoning will change from R1A to RH1. <br /> Victor Horstmeyer will add to their lot North of CSM 6104 <br /> with the purchase of a 1 acre section East of their lot. <br /> Their zoning will change from fr2'to R1A. <br /> KI <br /> The two purchases described above will decrease the 16 acre <br /> section of land belonging to William and Susan Paulson by 3 <br /> acres. This 16 acre section is zoned A2 . Because the <br /> remainder will be less than 16 acres, it will need to be <br /> zoned A2 (8) . <br /> When I was at your office, I asked if the change from A2 to <br /> A2 (8) would require William Paulson to re-apply for the <br /> conditional use permit that covers part of the A2 section. <br /> You said the conditional use permit would not need to be <br /> re-applied for because the zoning classification would not be <br /> changing. Only the size designation would be changed. <br /> Please confirm this for me as soon as you can.
