ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5346 <br /> • t <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the <br /> R-lA Residential, RH-1 Rural Homes and A-2(8) Agriculture District the <br /> following described land: <br /> Pet. #5346: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 4, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: <br /> TO R-1A: Beginning at the Northwest corner of CSM #6104; thence N 03° 31' 11" <br /> East along the East right-of-way line of CTH N, 139.92 feet, to the East-West <br /> quarter line of Section 4; thence S 88° 41' 09" East, along said East-West <br /> quarter line, 420.31 feet; thence S 03° 31' 11" West, 139.52 feet; thence N 88° <br /> 44'26" West along the North line of CSM #6104 and its extension 420.33 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-1: Beginning at the Northeast corner of CSM #6103; thence N 86° 28' 49" <br /> West along the North line of said CSM 420.00 feet to the Southwest corner of <br /> CSM #6104; thence N 03° 31' 11" East along the West line of said CSM 345.12 <br /> feet to the Northwest corner of CSM #6104; thence S 88° 44' 26" East along the <br /> North line of said CSM and its extension 420.33 feet; thence S 03° 31' 11" <br /> West, 361.70 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO A-2(8) : Beginning at the Northwest corner of CSM #6103; thence N 03° 31' <br /> 11" East, 501.22 feet to the East-West quarter line; thence S 88° 41' 09" East, <br /> 850.34 feet to the Northeast corner of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence S 03° 11'46" <br /> West, 590.00 feet; thence N 88° 41' 09" West, 853.67 feet to the West line of <br /> said CSM #6103; thence N 03° 31' 11" East, 88.90 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions for the R-1A and RH-1 zoning are intended to <br /> describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval <br /> and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned R-lA and RH-1 is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of <br /> Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> CONDITION <br /> This rezone will become effective if the pertinent land transfers are recorded <br /> with the Dane County Register of Deeds prior to September 1, 1992. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br />
