4 ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5349 • 4 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the R1-A <br /> Residential and RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 32, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> TO R1-A: Part of Lot #2, CSM #5535, being further located in part of the SW <br /> 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Deerfield, described as follows: beginning <br /> at the Northwest corner of Lot #1 of said Certified Survey; thence West along <br /> the North line of the aforesaid Lot #2, 50 feet; thence S 02° East, 271 feet; <br /> thence East 50 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot #1; thence North along <br /> the West line of said Lot #1 to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-3: Lot #2, CSM #5535, located in part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section <br /> 32, Town of Deerfield. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record <br /> the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> CONDITION <br /> This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a document is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of <br /> Deeds that waives the right to object to traditional agriculture practices on <br /> the neighboring farmland. Failure to record the document will cause the rezone <br /> to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DA.'E: <br /> 1 <br />
