ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5349 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordai' as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be - ended to include in the R1-A <br /> Residential and RH-3 Rural Homes District the fol owing described land: <br /> Pet. #5349: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 32, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> TO R1-A: Part of Lot #2, CSM #5535, being rther located in part of the SW <br /> 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Deerfiel'• , described as follows: beginning <br /> at the Northwest corner of Lot #1 of sale Certified Survey; thence West along <br /> the North line of the aforesaid Lot #2, 0 feet; thence S 02° East, 271 feet; <br /> thence East 50 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot #1; thence North along <br /> the West line of said Lot #1 to the pint of beginning. TO RH-3: Lot #2, CSM <br /> #5535, located in part of the SW 1/4 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Deerfield. <br /> The above listed description/s is/.re intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prep.red for approval and recorded.
