This proposed used car lot expansion is in a mixed use area in <br /> the Town of Middleton. The area was added to the central urban service area <br /> several years ago to allow the provision of public services to the area; <br /> however, none have been provided north of Mineral Point Road. <br /> The proposed site has an existing single family home with two more homes to <br /> the north. There is a tavern and three single family homes east of Junction <br /> Road. An auto glass store and lumberyard Ile to the southeast . Immediately <br /> to the south is the existing used car lot with the UW Research Farm and single <br /> family homes south of Mineral Point Road. To the west is a cemetery. <br /> While the use may be compatible, it will require removal of the single family, <br /> with the expanded use then encroaching on the next home to the north. <br /> Environmental Health Dept.
