ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5352 • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> R-1A Residential and A-2(4) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5352: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 33, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: TO R-1A: West 220 feet of North 267 of Lot #2 CSM 1732 found in <br /> Volume 7, Pages 112-113 of Certified Survey Maps Dane County Register of Deeds <br /> Office. TO A-2(4): Beginning at the Northeast corner CSM #1732, Lot #2, <br /> thence S 04° 42' 05" West 651.52; thence Southwest along I-94 right-of-way line <br /> 211.31 feet to a point on right-of-way; thence 125.72 feet to a point; thence <br /> 171.42 to a point; thence 59.77 feet to Southwest corner of CSM 1732, Lot #2; <br /> thence Northerly 500.96 feet to a point; thence East 220 to a point; thence N <br /> 267 feet to right-of-way line on CTH TT; thence 125.23 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
