Talarczyk found a cast aluminum monument sheered off at the bolt plate <br /> approximately 22" below grade. The monument checked to two Northrop ties found. <br /> November 5, 2002 - Roger D. Schneeberger found the broken monument and ties shown by Talarczyk. <br /> October 10, 2006 - Michael J. Zeir found the broken aluminum monument and ties shown by Talarczyk. <br /> Q) I, Kevin C.
