(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1) an obliterated evidence location, or(2)a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(gbh)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
February 18, 1992 - David C. Riesop found nothing marking this corner. Remains of an old corner post are
nearby but are no longer anchored. No blue book surveys were found using this corner. In 1971 Donald
Doyle monumented the West line of the SE 1/4 of Section 29 by CSM No. 631 but did not make mention of
the 1/4 corner. In 1980 Thom Grenlie set an iron pipe for the corner with map no. 409-L. Riesop found a 1"
Iron pipe lying out on the ground apparently from his survey. Retracing the Grenlie survey would put the
corner 22.62 feet South of and equal split of the East line of Section 29. Riesop felt this difference was
substantial in light of the terrain in the area. An equal split of the mile also falls closer to the remains of the
above mentioned corner post. Riesop reset the iron pipe in the East-West position shown on the Doyle and
Grenlie maps, and at an equal distance from the Northeast and Southeast corners of the Section.
(j) I, Kevin C. Lord Affix Land Surveyor Seal
hereby, certify that the corner location shown on
this record was determined by me or under my . , , , , , ,
direction and correct and that this U.S. Public .• ' SC ON •••
Land Survey Monument Record is correct 40
• S/A•
complete to the best of my knowledge and belief. ••
• KEVIN C.
LORD
* S-2645 * -
MADISON, -
WIS.
SURV
Signature Date
