(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1)an obliterated evidence location,or(2)a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(gbh)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
August 23, 1989 - Richard L. Schaut researched, traversed and analyzed the location of the section corner
and property line locations in Sections 20 through 24 and believed that the existing monument location for the
South 1/4 corner of Section 22 could not be reliably retraced to the original corner location. Schaut set the
position of this corner based on the plat of 01' Stone Estates and did not set a monument due to the area being
under cultivation.
April 15, 1993 - David C. Riesop found a 1 1/4" Iron Pipe in the cornfield near this location. The pipe had been
plowed out by cultivation. The corner was reset on the extension of the West line of the plat of 01' Stone
Estates through a 1 1/4" pipe at the 1/4-1/4 corner South of this location and at the plat tie distance. This
agrees with an iron pipe found at the NW corner of the NE 1/4 - NW 1/4 of Section 27 and a PK nail found at
the NW corner of Section 27. New reference ties were set.
Q) I, Kevin C. Lord Affix Land Surveyor Seal
hereby, certify that the corner location shown on
this record was determined by me or under my • • • ,
direction and correct and that this U.S. Public ‘5 C O A/ '.
Land Survey Monument Record is correct ,.y •,
complete to the best of my knowledge and belief. • KEVIN C. ,•
• LORD •
* S-2645 •* •
• MADISON, :
9' WIS.
