(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished <br /> and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show <br /> the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1. <br /> None <br /> (f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1) an obliterated evidence location, or(2)a found <br /> perpetuated location? <br /> A found perpetuated location. <br /> (g&h)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including <br /> the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for <br /> proportioning in determining the corner location? <br /> Not Applicable. <br /> (i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including <br /> monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br /> July 27, 1988 - Richard L. Schaut notes the corner was established during the original government survey and <br /> an existing tie sheet dated Jan. 1972 calls for a cut stone. Schaut found a four-way fence intersection with <br /> four corner posts surrounding a space which would allow for a stone monument but did not find a stone. Ties <br /> were found from the tie sheet however on opposite sides of the trees as noted but a cross on a rock was not <br /> found. The fence intersection was accepted as indicated on the Jan. 1972 tie sheet and a Dane County <br /> Aluminum monument was placed. Reference ties were set. <br /> March 26, 2015- Ross A. Michaels found a Dane County Aluminum monument in good condition at the North <br /> 1/4 corner of Section 28. Michaels found three of the 4 witness monuments set by Schaut. The location of the <br /> Aluminum monument was accepted and one additional witness monument was set. <br /> (j) I, Kevin C.
