(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1)an obliterated evidence location, or(2)a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(g&h)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so,show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
July 11, 1984 - D.V. Doyle found a 1 1/4" by 24" galvanized iron pipe on the south side of an east-west fence
and on the east side of a widened drainage ditch. The pipe is believed to have been set by J.R. Karns in 1973
(see map in Dane County Surveyor's Office and G.A. Weir field book 519, page 68). The map raised some
question as to the east-west location of the corner. After an extensive review of the distances and directions to
the adjacent corners and occupation lines and after conferring with former Dane County Surveyor, G.A. Weir
and present Dane County Surveyor, Ronald Ripp, it was determined that the iron pipe best marked the location
of the corner. A Dane County Aluminum monument was shown to be set to replace the pipe.
June 2, 2009 -John Krebs found the 1 1/4" Iron Pipe and not the Aluminum monument as shown on the
previous tie sheet by D.V. Doyle. One 2" reference pipe was found to the north and 3 additional reference ties
were set.
(j) I, Kevin C.
