<br /> The undersigned, George C. Marvin and Elizabeth A. Marvin, as grantors, hereby grant to Terry
<br /> L. Barton, as grantee, an option to purchase the real property described located in County of Dane, State
<br /> of Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
<br /> The South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S 1/2, SW 1/4) and a 2 rod strip in the Northeast
<br /> Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE 1/4, SW 1/4), all in Section 23, Township 5 North, Range 9 Fact,
<br /> in the Town of Oregon; excepting that portion described in a Conveyance of Lands for Highway Purposes
<br /> dated September 30, 1932, recorded May 9, 1962, in Volume 375 of Misc., Page 377, as Document No.
<br /> 1047750, and that portion described in a quit-claim deed dated October 11, 1963, recorded October 15,
<br /> 1963 in Volume 766 of Deeds,Page 490, as Document No. 1085499,and further excluding those portions
<br /> conveyed to Grantee under Deed dated June 18, 1996, except, Lot One (1) and Lot Two (2), Certified
<br /> Survey Map No. 8219, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Dane County, Wisconsin, on
<br /> May 22, 1996, in Volume 44 of Certified Survey Maps, Page 148, as Document No. 2764431, located
<br /> in the Town of Oregon, Dane County, Wisconsin.
<br /> This Memorandum of Option to Purchase is recorded and incorporates the terms and conditions
<br /> of the option contained in the Offer to Purchase dated May 31, 1996. The option, if not excercised
<br /> by recorded notice expires by its terms on June 15, 1999. G
<br /> This option runs in favor of grantees heirs, successors or assigns and is binding on the heirs,
<br /> successors,assigns or grantees of the grantors.
<br /> This option relates to present real estate parcel nos. 21-0509-233-9820-1, 21-0509-233-900-3 and
<br /> 21-0509-233-9510-6.
