AB, and County Truck Hwy. B. <br /> The site is an active quarry, and has been used previously for <br /> similar activities . The aggregates for the Hot-mix will be <br /> produced at the site. <br /> Trucking access will be via Hwy. 51 . <br /> The portable asphalt plant is of the drum-mix type . It <br /> requires no permanent buildings, water, or power. The plant is <br /> completely self-contained, and is permitted by the Wis .
