ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5359 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CROSS PLAINS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the <br /> A-2(2) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5359: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 26, Town of Cross Plains described as <br /> follows: Lot #1, CSM 4628 and also a parcel of land described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 26; thence N 00° 10' 25" <br /> East along the West line of said NW 1/4, 791.30 feet to the Southwest corner of <br /> Lot #1, Certified Survey Map #4628, recorded in Volume 20 of Dane County <br /> Certified Surveys on page 181; thence continue N 00° 10' 25" East, along the <br /> West line of said Lot #1, 182.03 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot #1 an <br /> the point of beginning.
