I have reviewed the appraisal in the Federal <br /> Land Bank file and note that the land was appraised in Febuary of <br /> 1989 at $750.00/acre. I 've enclosed copies of the ASCS aerial <br /> photo as well a copy of the soil survey map. These documents <br /> indicate that the property is mostly tillable land made up of the <br /> following soil types and predicted average corn yields: <br /> 6 acres Kegonsa 115 bu <br /> 5 acres Troxel 125 bu <br /> 5 acres Dodge 85 bu <br /> 4 acres Dresden 85 bu <br /> 3 acres Salter 95 bu <br /> 23 acres total <br /> Therefore it can be genralized that the parcel is made up of mostly <br /> farm land which is characterized as being average in quality for <br /> about half of the land and below average for the other half. <br /> Feel free to give me a call if you have any questions regarding any <br /> of the above . <br /> Sincerely, <br /> '344 , at <br /> David R Wyt/tenbach \ <br /> Loan Officer <br />
