ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5361 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 c'elating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Rutland <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 and SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 21, Town of Rutland <br /> described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Rutland described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4; thence West, <br /> 14 feet to the point of beginning; thence West along the North line of the SW <br /> 1/4 SE 1/4, 463 feet; thence South 00° 05' 38" East, 884 feet, more or less, to <br /> the centerline of Old Stone Road; thence Southeasterly along said centerline, <br /> 284 feet; thence Northeasterly 950 feet, more or less, to the point of <br /> beginning. Also: Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Rutland <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4; <br /> thence East, 257 feet to the point of beginning; thence East, 330 feet; thence <br /> S 00° 05' 09" East 1051 feet to the centerline of Old Stone Road; thence <br /> Northwesterly along said centerline, 336 feet; thence North, 985 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> TO A-2 (4): Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 and the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 21, <br /> Town of Rutland described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the <br /> SE 1/4 SE 1/4; thence East, 257 feet; thence S 00° 05' 09" East 985 feet to the <br /> centerline of Old Stone Road; thence Northwesterly along said centerline, 465 <br /> feet; thence Northeasterly, 950 feet, more or less, to a point on the North <br /> line of said 1/4 1/4 which as 14 feet West of the Northwest corner of the SE <br /> 1/4 SE 1/4; thence East 14 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to <br /> record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: NOV 1 2 1992 <br />
