ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5361 <br /> Amending Section 10.03' relating to Zoning Districts in the T- of <br /> Rutland <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as •Mows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended , include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 and SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 1, Town of Rutland <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest orner of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4, <br /> thence East along the North line of said 1/4 1/4 587 feet; thence South, 1051 <br /> feet to the centerline of Old Stone Road; then - Northwesterly along said <br /> centerline, 1072 feet to the Southeast corner of Dane County Certified Survey <br /> #3950; thence North along the East line of s.id CSM #884 feet; thence East, 477 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description is intended to describe land for which a certified <br /> survey map will be prepared for approv and recorded. This amendment will <br /> become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County, a <br /> certified survey map that describes e land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br /> Office of the Dane County Register • Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br />
