(A-2 with Conditional Use Permit) . <br /> Also our intention would be to give lessons to outside customers on <br /> our own school horses. In addition to lessons we would like to <br /> hold horse shows . (4 or 5 a year) . We intend to build a building <br /> large enough to house 25 horses with an indoor riding area . <br /> Designed much like a beautiful Kentucky Thoroughbred Farm, it would <br /> grace the landscape in the private valley visible from Highway 78 . <br /> There is already a large white pillared house and small white horse <br /> barn on the property. We feel it would improve the quality of the <br /> land and it would be perfectly suitable. <br /> Our time schedule would be as follows : County Vote to re-zone on <br /> July 16 , and then proceed with construction of building and fences . <br /> Completion by the end of August and open September 1, 1992 . <br /> Enclosed is our site plan, tax bill and legal description .
