ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5364 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of f y PLEASANT SPRINGS The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the LC-1 Limited Commercial District the following described land: Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 7, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the said Lot #1, thence S 89° 43' 32" East, 30.00 feet; thence S 01° 26' 36" West, 280.00 feet; thence S 89° 43' 32" East, 104.06 feet; thence S 01° 52 ' 28" West, 148.24 feet; thence S 87° 54' 17" East, 32.25 feet; thence S 01° 53' 51" West, 101.83 feet; thence N 88° 06' 09" West, 164.36 feet to the West line of said Lot #1; thence N 01° 26' 36" East, 526.39 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: A. Commercial use of the property is limited to the following: 1. General, mechanical and landscape contracting businesses and buildings used in connection with such activity. 2. Storage of construction equipment necessary for the operation of a general, mechanical or landscape contracting business. There shall be a limit of 12 items of equipment stored on each zoning lot. Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void.
