ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5364 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> f y <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the LC-1 Limited Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 7, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the said Lot #1, thence S 89° <br /> 43' 32" East, 30.00 feet; thence S 01° 26' 36" West, 280.00 feet; thence S 89° <br /> 43' 32" East, 104.06 feet; thence S 01° 52 ' 28" West, 148.24 feet; thence S 87° <br /> 54' 17" East, 32.25 feet; thence S 01° 53' 51" West, 101.83 feet; thence N 88° <br /> 06' 09" West, 164.36 feet to the West line of said Lot #1; thence N 01° 26' 36" <br /> East, 526.39 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. Commercial use of the property is limited to the following: <br /> 1. General, mechanical and landscape contracting businesses and <br /> buildings used in connection with such activity. <br /> 2. Storage of construction equipment necessary for the operation of a <br /> general, mechanical or landscape contracting business. There shall <br /> be a limit of 12 items of equipment stored on each zoning lot. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: DUCT 0 1 1 W2 <br />
