Horeb, Wisconsin 53572 <br /> July 8, 1992 <br /> Mr. Bill Fleck <br /> Dane County Zoning Administrator <br /> Office of Land Regulation and Records <br /> 210 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd <br /> Madison, Wisconsin 53709 <br /> Dear Mr. Fleck, <br /> On Tuesday, June 30, 1992, I asked you by telephone whether the <br /> standards set forth in Subsection 10.255 (2) (h) or in Subsection 10. 123 (3) <br /> (a) 1. of the Dane County Code of Ordnances applied to determinations of <br /> conditional use permit applications in Springdale Township, and you replied <br /> that it was the standards set forth in the former, Subsection 10.255 (2) (h). <br /> To refresh your recollection, the issue regarding applicability of the two <br /> subsections mentioned above arose at a public hearing before the Planning <br /> Commission of Springdale Township at the Springdale Town Hall on June 29, <br /> 1992, regarding Conditional Use Permit application x'999. <br /> Please repeat in your reply to this letter what you told me on June 30th <br /> regarding the applicability to adjudication of conditional use permit <br /> applications in Springdale Township of Subsections 10.255 (2) (h) and <br /> 10. 123 (3) (a) 1. of the Dane County Code of Ordnances, with copies to the <br /> persons listed below, despite the constraint of time for which I apologize, <br /> in time for the Springdale Town Board meeting on July 13th at which <br /> Conditional Use Permit application *999 is scheduled for consideration. <br /> Sincerely yours, <br /> Ellen M.
