The proposed use is compatible with the surrounding area. <br /> STAFF COMMENTS: <br /> Regional Planning Commission (R.P.C.) — <br /> Petition 5365. This Is an existing house on a lot in the farmland preservation <br /> area. Virtually all of the soils in the area proposed to be added to the lot are <br /> rated as prime farmland by USDA definition.
