ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5365 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5365: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 and NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 29, Town of Rutland <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section <br /> 29; thence North along the North-South quarter line, 2561.62 feet; thence East <br /> 612.59 feet to the point of beginning, said point being in the centerline of <br /> Old Stage Road; thence N 52° 13'_. 04_" West, 49.31 feet along said centerline; <br /> thence N 21° 34' 58" East, 204.55 feet; thence continuing N 21° 34' 58" East, <br /> 121.45 feet; thence S 87° 51' 31" East to the East line of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4; <br /> thence Southerly along said East line to the Southeast corner of said SW 1/4 NE <br /> 1/4; thence Southerly along the East line of asid NW 1/4 SE 1/4 to the <br /> centerline of Old Stage Road; thence Northwesterly along said centerline to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: L 2 1 1992 <br />
